ShipSecurely uses this list for new issue guides and tool notes. There is no fixed schedule. Signing up sends one welcome email.

What happens when you submit:
- The address is checked, and a hidden field traps simple bots.
- Resend adds the address to the newsletter audience. An address that is already there still counts as signed up.
- A welcome email is sent from newsletter@shipsecurely.dev. Replies go to team@shipsecurely.dev. The email has an unsubscribe link.
- If the Resend API key is not configured, the signup is logged and the form still says you are signed up.
